Ray Brook House built by William C. Clark on Elm Street. A two story hipped roof with balustrade, and multiple chimneys. Children are seen in the front yard. 1869 Cyrus Dunn, second owner. 1882 Henry Chandler, third owner. The house was razed in 1905 by C. B. Manning and the present Manning House was built and named the Brook. In 1958, the property was deeded to the Franklin Street Congregational Church and a new church building was built...
